Üretimde atılan her adım, eğitimli ve tecrübeli personel tarafından kontrol edilip ürünler son teknoloji makineler ile üretilmektedir. Firma bünyesinde, 1 adet bilgisayar kontrollü brazing fırın ünitesi toplamda 7 adet seri üretim kapasitesine sahip son teknoloji kaynak makine parkına sahiptir. Ayrıca 2 adet işleme tezgahı mevcuttur. CHR üretim tesisinde imal edilen, hassas radyatörler üretimin yanı sıra her biri 8 – 16 – 26 – 35 – 60 bar basınca dayanımlı olarak test edilmektedir. CHR tüm üretimini kendi bünyesinde yapmaktadır. Ana imalat dışında üretimi hızlandırmak adına cfd analiz, lazer, toz boya, ısıl işlem, taşlama v.b. işlemler teknik birimler tarafından dışarıdan hizmet alınarak yaptırılmaktadır. Bu üretim yapısı firmayı teknoloji konusunda sektörde lider konumuna ulaştırmaktadır.
